1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CRMForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. The "7-Day" Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your custom CRM build within 7 calendar days of your successful payment and requirement submission. If we fail to meet this deadline:

We will continue development at no additional cost until delivery is complete.
We will provide the first three (3) months of your chosen monthly retainer plan free of charge, starting from the date of final delivery.

Missed delivery deadlines do not entitle the user to a refund of the initial one-time build fee.

3. License and Ownership

Upon final delivery and full payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the code provided. You own the specific instance and the data within it. CRMForge retains ownership of the underlying templates and reusable modules.

4. Retainer Plans

Our retainer plans (Essential/Pro) are billed monthly and provide ongoing hosting management, security updates, and technical support. You may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days' notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

CRMForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
