7-Day Delivery Guarantee

We are committed to our "7-Day Delivery" promise. If your custom CRM is not delivered within 7 calendar days of your final requirement submission, we provide the following compensation:

• Zero Additional Cost: We will continue working on your build for free until it is successfully delivered.
• 3 Months Free Retainer: We will waive your monthly retainer fee for the first three months following the date of delivery.

Please note that missed delivery deadlines do not qualify for a refund of the initial build fee.

Build Satisfaction

As our product is a custom software build delivered as source code, we do not offer refunds once the project has been initiated or delivered. We provide 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the final build aligns with your selected features and configuration.

Retainer Cancellations

Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months, but your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
